One Riverside Apartments incorporates eight luxury two and three-bedroom apartments overlooking the Town Basin in central Whangarei.
Its timeless elegance was created through the unique shape & layout of the building, the use of three claddings complimenting and showcasing different design features of the apartments. Designing this building to ensure privacy between each apartment saw the use of façade screens between the balconies, the aluminium screens effortlessly blending into the surrounding building.

Developer Steve Bowling had a vision of creating a new standard of apartment living in Whangarei City, we were excited to have the opportunity to help him bring his vision to life.
Originating as a design competition which saw three local designers & architects compete for the design, with a brief of designing as many apartments as possible without requiring resource consent.
Mandeno Designs concept was the front running thanks to its timeless elegance, low maintenance, durable materials & functional design.
