With tight time frames, the team at Mandeno Design worked closely with the main contractor Arco Group, to ensure the new Mainstream building was delivered on time and on budget in the rapidly growing Port Nikau commercial precinct in Whangarei, The project consisted of a two story 1500m2 building with large warehouse, covered loading area and offices.
