Working closely with ARCO Group Ltd, Mandeno Design was able to create the ideal building for purpose, allowing for a large open plan warehouse & offices at the front of the building.
The use of various aluminium cladding creates the simple but modern aesthetic, using different tones to emphases recesses in the facade.
Internally this building is split into two areas, the office/reception area at the front, opening up into the large, double height workshop at the back.

A mix of Timber, Steel & Precast Concrete through the two areas allow for the completely different layouts. Precast concrete separates the offices & warehouse; with a two-story open plan office area in the front, while use of steel portals in the warehouse allows for a double height space, with open areas of 30 + metres.
