Mandeno Design worked closely with the Northland District Health Board and all other involved stakeholders to thoroughly understand and gather the requirements for the intended outcome, ensuring the brief was met for transforming the existing 50-year-old building into a modern mental health and addiction facility.
Our involvement spanned all design phases, from concept to completion, ensuring the project achieved both functional and aesthetic goals. The facility features 75 consulting rooms, 24 electric vehicle plug-in parking spaces, and 220 Staff desks, along with a newly installed lift to improve accessibility.
We played a key role in developing the scope and contributing valuable Input throughout the entire design process, resulting in a thoughtfully designed and fully equipped space that meets the needs of the community it serves.
