TOTARA PARK EDUCARE
Located in the new subdivision Totara Parklands, this building uses a mix of materials to seamlessly blend in with its surrounding buildings. Designed for 100 children, this building opens up to the large outdoor learning area, over looking the recently developed community.
As a new design, it was designed to suit its suburban environment, the facade appearing modern & simple to fit into its surroundings. Constructed as an Childcare with a Cafe connected to the building, the design was developed to cater for both areas, this building originating the beginning of the Totara Parklands community.

This was one of the first childcare’s designed for Alan & Jackie Lints of the Educare Group, built across 3 sites in the early stages of the Totara Parklands subdivision. Many people have credited the childcare for the rapid sales of sections in the subdivision, which is now almost full.
