WAIMAK EDUCARE
This new Educare brought similar obstacles as the Whitby Educare, with yet another councils zoning in addition to extra earthquake design being incorporated into this building.
Situated in a new development, the façade was chosen to be low maintenance, composed of Fibre Cement Panels, Vertical Cedar and Stone Veneer.
Since completion of the building there has been no sign of building damage from earthquakes, demonstrating Mandeno Design can design buildings to perform in any enviornment.
