To the West is the main pavilion, with wrap around views surrounding the house and the outdoor fire creating the perfect atmosphere in this environment.
Use of weatherboards & craftstone with the re-purposed railway sleepers, contrasts against the white aluminium joinery, coming together as a modern take on the classic kiwi bungalow.

The building is essentially split into two areas, with the bedrooms & garages on the south side of the building and the entertainment area & master bed coming off this to the north, the linear layout allowing to maximise the sun from the east & west.
